Contest Rule Sheet

1. Fusion of Arts : This is a very unique competition of it’s own kind, the fusion of various arts is it’s specialty. Different conventional arts like Dance, Drama – and unconventional ones like Sculpture, Paintings can be linked beautifully and meaningfully to conceive the theme. Better the inert-linkage, better will the performance.

2. Quality and Creativity equally valued : The teams may perform as many arts they can. However, along with the number of arts, the quality and creativity in using these arts is what will matter, during the evaluation.

3. Corporate members only : Each participant must be a company staff and will need to produce the company ICARD.

4. Team Size : Each team can consist of 35 participants at the most. Which includes the onstage and the backstage people.

5. Time Matters : Each team will get 60 minutes in total. Minimum performance time should be of 30 minutes. Non Conformance to either of these timing will be the disqualification factor during evaluation. (Time required for grouping of lights would not be counted in the above limit of 60 minutes.)

6. Light and Sound Team support : The Light and Sound Team need not be the staff of the company. They will not be counted in the team of 35.

7. Lights Provision : 15 Spots , 18 Dimmers and 10 Par lights will be provided by Unknown Waters. Any other lights or allied material should be brought by the participants.

8. Sound Provision : Unknown Waters will provide One Sound Mixer- 16 Channels, 2 Monitor, 2 Cordless Microphones, 8 Stand Microphones, Amplifier and Speaker. 

9. Foundation for Set : We will provide following stage levels. • 6 Ft. X 3 Ft. X 1” (6 Nos.) • 6 Ft. X 3 Ft. X 1.5” (6 Nos.) Any other material required for the stage decoration or the set will have to be arranged by the respective teams.

10. Make-up Support : One Make-up artist will be available who will care of all the basic make-up. For special needs you can directly discuss with the Make –up artist.
